What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis and positive suggestion to change the way the unconscious mind thinks. It is believed that about 90% of what we do is unconsciously driven, so this is really powerful.

What is Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing is a simple, practical and effective antenatal training programme which prepares parents for the birth of their baby and beyond. It includes tools such as relaxation, visualisation, affirmations and breathing techniques for use in labour, to help achieve the most comfortable birth for you and give your baby the best possible start in life.
